    1. Hi, I am getting my invisalign today. I am really nervous. Is there any sort of sensitivity or pain during the process. Thank you for the video!

  1. I found this video to be very informative and interesting! As I am considering this in my future, your video contains invaluable information. Thank you Dr. Sarah! Take care! 🤗🤗🤗

  2. That looks very, very well thought out! The care kit looks like a very posh jewellery box!
I also like that you have such good ” diction for us deaf folk” ! I’m not scared of you, as you make it seem so appealing, bothing like it was back in the day!!🦷😊

    1. Thanks for your comment Caroline! Yes the kit looks very posh and sleek! Thanks so much for your feedback. I’m glad the video has been clear and easy to follow, and that the process doesn’t look scary! 😀 have a great week 🦷😊❤️

  3. Happy Saturday😊 this was a great video! So the Invisalign would probably be better for teeth that would not need to much adjustment? My son asked me for them- he had the train track ones a good 10 years ago. As life happens the teeth have shifted and now has a underbite. Kind of ironic when he’d had braces he had to wear headgear! Not sure if Invisalign would do the trick – Dr Sarah thank you! Your information is very informative! ❤️

    1. Thanks Bridget! Yes, Invisalign is great, especially for mild cases or re-treatment cases like your son’s that have relapsed slightly. Invisalign can sometimes work for underbites if elastics are used at the same time! Best book in with a specialist to discuss options and the sort of results you could expect to get with Invisalign. I’m glad you found this useful. Have a great week ❤️

  4. Thanks Bridget for your comments, I found her videos are very informative, helpful, going through all what we need to know step by step. My daughter also did her braces many years ago, but, she was not told any information like what I hear now. I would recommend those series of videos to be watched and shared between friends as many people would benefit from watching them before asking to have braces fitted. Thanks Dr Sarah, and we are sure there are more to talk to us about.

    1. Thanks so much for your comment and support Sue! I’m glad you’ve found this video interesting and informative! Stay tunes for lots more. Have a great week ❤️

    1. Claire Jang awesome! My ortho think about 2 years. I hope I’ll be able to maintain my appointments cause I’m a senior and going to college next year. I also realized my appointment isn’t on the 30 but is on the 24th. So I guess I get I first tray in 2 weeks. I’m so nervous haha

    2. I’m excited. I’m glad I was able to get Invisalign instead of traditional metal braces like some people. It’ll be way less noticeable

    3. @Kat Fashion I just had my appointment to get my teeth scanned 2 days ago! My invisalign is coming in a month. I’m having them on for 18 months

  5. Hey Sarah! Great channel! We love to see other dentists create amazing content. We look forward to seeing some more of your fantastic content.

Maybe we can work together on some cool videos! 🙏

  6. I’m absolutely terrified of the dentist and at 18 I wish I had had braces. Do you have any advice because I’m really conscious that my teeth are not straight and financially, I’m still a student. Thanks x

    1. The dentist isn’t as scary as you imagine! It’s never too late for braces. Finance options and installments are available for braces, good luck 😃

  7. That was so helpful! I’m getting braces in just a few weeks (clearcorrect) and this helped me understand so much more about placing the attachments!

  8. Why do they have buttons on almost every tooth when I’ve seen most videos with people only wearing 2 or 4 altogether? Not to mention their teeth looked worse than the one in the video. Just curious as I thought they weren’t supposed to be so noticeable. I have an Invisalign consultation next week!

    1. Each case is different. Good luck for your consultation.
Ps. Don’t forget to subscribe if you haven’t already 🙌

  9. Happy Saturday Dr Sarah! Not sure if you check past videos but you were in a conversation at work yesterday! Were your ears were burning? I have coworkers who have younger children. 2 years and 4 years. Now that their teeth are coming in what age do they see a dentist? They are doing good dental hygiene of brushing but our eating habits in the states are not the greatest for working mommy’s! I let them know I could ask a specialist and see what she says! What is the youngest you had as a patient? Thank you Dr Sarah! ❤️

    1. Happy Saturday Bridget! Hope you’re having a good one! Thanks for your question. I’ve had children as young as 1 in the chair, usually sitting on mummy’s lap. Its helpful to get them used to the surroundings, so they don’t have a fear of dentists as they grow older. It’s recommended that a child sees a dentist by the age of 1,or within 6 months after the first tooth erupts, which is usually around 6 months. The dentist can provide some tailored tips to help with diet and brushing! I was planning to do a video on this whole topic soon, stay tuned ❤️ 🙂
